Launched in 2022, Callista is dedicated to single-family luxury vacation homes and condominiums, a program carefully developed and curated with this category of vacation home exclusively in mind. Callista features distinct branding and tailored marketing—all to help these homes thrive in the ever-evolving marketplace on Florida’s Emerald Coast.

Created the brand identity design including color story, typography, new photo styling, digital imagery, and marketing concepts
Designed in-unit guest amenity packages from initial concept through production
Provided art direction and design for seasonal campaigns, print and digital collateral, and Property Management brochure
